why people hate old people

I don't hate old people, I help them when I can and respect them very much

This question also disturbs me some time. People don’t like to respect the old persons. Some people think that old persons are burden on them. They forget that what ever they are today is only because of them. They also forget their sacrifices to the family, to the society and to the nation. I think nowadays we are forgetting our values, our duties and responsibilities. We are becoming more and more self centered and breathing in selfishness. At least we should respect old persons. We must not forget that one day we too will in the same situation..

I dont know why people do so.........but its really very embarassing why do they forget one day we too will grow old....

its really weird.....that people hate the Old people i'm do agree with u nanda...even when i hear some terrible cases that children did smthing wrong with their old parents.....i can't tell u.....i don't express it in words.. i think young generation should take some steps and love their parents and grand parents..... Everybody must remember that time will change one day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
