Carrots are high in Vitamin A which helps your retina function properly. Bananas are a good souce of potassium. If you want to get or stay fit and strong you relly should take a multivitamin of some sort. There are so many out on the market nowadays the choices are endless. If you're lost in this sort of place go to a local pharmacy and ask one of the pharmacists to help you. They should be more than happy to assist you. But like everyone always says diet and exercise are what make all the difference. You have to eat healthy and stay active.
