To lift the indian cricket team moral as a couch

I am not sure if Kapil can or not lift the morale of the team but I think that the Indian Cricket Team need to take a good hard look at itself, as they have been performing badly when they go overseas. It might be that the structure of the team itself needs to be looked at, and possibly some might need to be retired and "new blood" bought into the team to lift the team's performance.
No matter how good the coach is, if the players are not up to form they will not win cricket matches overseas.

It has to start with the Indian Cricket Board really because if they aren't prepared to drop any player who is nor performing, no matter how good the coach is, they will not succeed. It would be good for India and also cricket worldwide if the team could improve its performance.

well i think they should change themselve and way of playing and start to hardwork , for now gangully is back so they have good captain with them and also chapell is very good coach indeed

yes my friend i am also thinking like that kapil is the best coach for the indians becuase he knows who is who what they can do so he will musttriend them very well so we must need kapil as a our coach
