polycystic kidney disease, with other health . the last 4 years has been so hard on us, how am im going to tell my kids this i dont want to hurt them with bad news again, im so afaird they wont be tooken care of, there dad is dead beat. i do not have no family. all ive every wanted is a better tomorrow. so much worry, lost, alone
