What's for breakfast??

Im totally running out of ideas on what should i have for breakfast everyday. i really need some suggestions guys.. for me, its the usual sandwiches, eg Egg Mayo, Luncheon meat, tuna mayo.. all these easy to prepared breakfast.. any great ideas for breakfast that i can prepare for myself within erm..10mins?
