Yes but they shudn't misuse them. Why its yes because today parents are very curious about thier children regarding where they are and all. SO when a mobile is there then the parents and have a word with thier children whenever they are curious. Even when a child is in problem or stucked somewhere he can inform his parents regarding it.

yes but for those who can handle them carefully, specially college, children so that parents can talk with them freely
