yes...sometimes.But through chatting they cannot be real good friends.Because you know to them based on what they have said to you.you donot really know anything other than that.all that may be false.

I have made friends online chatting, though I've never met them face to face. I think it may be good to meet them in person but may infact be totally different. Not sure if I'd know what to say to them if I met them face to face. It's easier to talk to them online. There are things you can not worry about when you meet online, like facial expressions. Have you met people in person from chatting to them online?

Yes i have made several friends (both male and female) across my country, through chatting. Its been around two years and we still are in great touch (we are available for each other 24 X 7). I don't know whether you guys believe me or not but this is true.

I've been chatting for years now, and have made friends both male and female through out the world. People are so intresting in their customs, opinions, and ways of life. My yahoo account was just shut down (who knows why) and I've lost the majority of my friends email addresses except for the few I can remember. It's a sad thing but a lesson learned. Keep a seperate log of all your friends email addresses.

Umh.... not really. I don;t like chat with unknown people. But I like to chat with unknown people in forum. because I can know many thing about him/her from his/her post. After that, we can chat trough yahoo msg
