responses from friends

Ya dear I am also facing the same problem,now a days i didnt get a single personal message from anyone in mylot.Alright hope mylot will make every thing ready,I am waiting for the payout from mylot on Dec15,just waiting for it,if not happened means I will discontinue from mylot community........

I had the notifications for all of my friends turned on at one stage pookie92, then found that my inbox was full to capacity and nothing else could get through. As fast as I deleted one email from myLot another would come along. So I went into myLot and turned the majority of them off, because it is nice to get emails from friends as well. LOL Now when I come to myLot the first thing I do is check to see if there are any responses to my discussions, and comment on them. Then I go to my friends and one by one respond to at least one discussion of each friend. Cannot think of any other way to do it. The other thing is that at present it seems that myLot are emailing me twice when there is a response to one of my discussions.

I have noticed that I am not getting as many responces. However, I have all of my notifications turned on so I should be getting an email alert. Since the upgrade I have not gotten any email alerts and I have not changed any of my settings. The time before this when they upgraded I had the same problem, emailed myLot five or six times and never got a responce. I was getting some responces right before they did this last upgrade, but not as many as I was before.

May be because now the email alerts are not received in the personal mail box, no one gets to know that their friends have started any discussions. I have not received a single email for the last two days. Since myLot is on a changing phase these days, we should be patient (I think)

I've never had my notifications turned on, used to get enough emails from MyLot without the ones telling me someone had started another topic. I still get responses in my topics, I usually look in the 'Discussions my Friends have Started' section most of the time anyway (it's how I found this topic) and I think thats how most of my friends see my topics too. I still have a couple of friends who will answer to almost all my topics though, maybe you need some better friends on your list?
