The places I would go include godaddy.com or netfirms. I subscribe to a tech podcast and the these two companies have been sponsors of the podcast. The podcasters are very tech savvy and straightforward, so I don't think they'd accept sponsorship from a company they didn't feel was good. Godaddy is pretty cheap; I haven't checked out the netfirms pricing.
