Dear Echo,
Nice that you are open to tips on losing weight. But sad to say that at the end of the day, you have to know 'thyself' In fact, the saying 'Do the best with what you have' should be the order of all our days. We can give you all the inputs and from all the corners of the earth but if you don't know yourself, it is pure 'foolhardy' Just for your information, my strategy is just this 'Eat small amount, more often and eat good foods and drinks at all times.' Sorry I cannot elaborate more due to lack of space. But do continue this thread if you like. Better still write to me at josephsfng@gmail.com. We can chat more. OK? Thanks. Love: Bro. Joe. GBU

Dear Echo
Believe there is no one way to reducing your weight and being healthy. We are born and bred in many different ways and in different culture. My best advice is to live a life of a 'naturally' thin person. To achieve such a status, you have to change your lifestyle like that of a natural thin person. Just pick a mentor of such character and observe and follow how he or she lives his or her life. Seeing is believing. But the question is 'Are you ready to follow them?' This question must be answered by you and you alone. Consciously or unconsciously the eating habits and etc are inherent of the part and parcel of the 'thin' person. You can learn a lot from such personalities. OK? Thanks a million. Love: Bro. Joe.

Eat a healthy, balanced diet with healthy snacks. Include a consistent exercise program into your life.
I am taking the supplement Hoodia Gordonii, which acts as a natural appetite suppressant. Check the research I've done on my blog at:
