do you exercise?

The way the human body works is pretty simple. There is a certain number of calories that your body requires every day in order for it to maintain its current weight. so to control ur weight the basic funda is workouts... it includes weightlifting,jogging,exercises... so do u workout...

I lift weights, and jog, me and my friend do this on a daily routine, in order to maintain a good physique.

because you may be out of shape when older, better start the habit of physical activity now than later.

Sometimes we feel that were in good shape,but the thing is we really need to shape up our inner body,you know what i mean.Our internals need some flexes some cardio... to help us maintain our outside body. If your gonna ask me,im in a very good shape, i mean very fit.but im not wasting my time doin nothing.every day i do jogging,sometimes workout at the gym...well anyway its your choice. take care

Yeah I workout about 3-4 times a week. I usually either jog on the treadmill or I will do a workout dvd

Yup I take long walks daily. I use to play rugby and weight lift, however I have become lazy at my age. Eventually I will get back into a routine of running and maybe cycling.

It is pretty cold out now so I have stopped walking, however, every week I work out 4-5 days. I have a Pilates disk that is absolutely wonderful. It really gets your body in shape. I definately reccommend Pilates to everyone!

That's a good one, i also exercise and lift weights, but not only that, another thing to remember is that good health is also dependent on good nutrition. So a proper combination of Diet and Exercise can make a better person.

I do a lot of conditioning drills and strength work: CJ intervals, oly lifts, sprint intervals, 5k distance runs, and core work about 3-4x a week. Weights would be 2-3x a week and that goes on top of conditioning work.

i used be a regular exerciser when i was in school... but as my school days went away my good habits went away with them too..n now i dont get up before 8 o'clok in morning n i dont remember when was the last time i went for a jog or a sit up...n as a result my tummies growing...lol
