Do you backup your dvd's?

I backup my favorite dvd's because I don't want them to get damaged. I backup all my concerts, movies and games too. Why ruin the original? What software do you use to do this operation?

I try to backup my dvd's. Most of them are copyright protected so my burner won't burn them.

well i use to backup one a week i think.A lot of data is accumulated evry week to me.Well i use Nero to burn my DVD's thats it.

I meant if you buy a dvd with some data .. what do you use to rip the data off of it do write it on a CD or on a dvd! Thanks for your response.
