Well in light of all the new consoles that have hit the shelves. The Nintendo Wii has to be by far the most news worthy. Ok, so not that news worthy, but obviously the best news source for any kind of humor. Sorry guys but when you have to pick at high definition for humor its not much to aim at. The Wii on the other hand (pun intended), has some marvelous advancements. Not only to the gaming industry and world but in general news making ways as well. As we all know by now the Wii has a fully track-able remote for playing its games. Like swinging a sword or lobbing a tennis ball. This is where it all started. Remember the Wii not for its size, power, or even its games. Remember the Wii for its brutal vengeance upon players who are doing too well. Some say that these "accidents" are from players not "holding" onto their controllers tight enough, or even letting them go when playing. To this I say NEVER! As a gamer the first thing I learned was how to exact a death like grip that even a fairy in a bottle couldn't help. Zelda aside for now, I bring you the truth in what Nintendo has created. For years it has been long disputed and believed that when a player is doing even modest at certain particular games, the "computer" cheats. Whether this be in having extra knowledge, knowing your moves instantly, or even just plain cheating, computer have been cheating since the first pixel was moved by a human. Nintendo has perfected it's cheating over the companies many years of gaming. They have devised system that cheats by causing real world anguish. By creating this system of cheating Nintendo can simply choose to not acknowledge this "cheating". With all of the reports of injury and injury to belongings, is the player really to blame? Or has Nintendo truly devised the worlds first "true" cheating console, a console that once a player becomes a moderate to great gamer, decides to start its punishment for being better than the computer. With a vague feel of "Hal", gamers can now truly "cry", not for joy or a simple "game over" but possibly for the life of a loved one, and the stains left on the carpet. ~Ashby down
