nowadays many a developing country bans child labor under pressure from NGOs, other progressive governments, trade bodies. i think this is totally unfair to the child, which otherwise is damned to live a dog's life. when the child earns wages, he/she is assured of decent clothing and two square meals by its employers or out of the earnings. though the governments banned child labor, they haven't been taken any steps to take care of these children at state expenses. parents obviously can't feed the children in the first place. is there any other way the children can be given their dues?

I am totally against child labour. A child should be free to play and enjoy his life. It is a parents responsibility to feed, clothe and educate a child. Not to mention love them. I don't how parents can send their children out to work. Surely their are shelters that would feed children. The government should set aside some money for aid for these poor little children. At least the first steps have been taken to stop it. I know it must be awful to see a child hungry. Could the churches not help in the meantime.
