Do you know this proverb? Look before you Leap

I think its great, though one of my friends didn't, as he leapt over a wall he fell 10 feet and shattered his ankle.

I agree, but some of us choose not to abide by the advice that they give.

Ha! This reminds me of when I was a little lad!! We were playing on a building site, (it was possible in those days) ! We were "playing" at World War II (Yes it is that long ago) I was swinging through an open windon on a half built house, there was builders merchants stuff all over the place, and I landed on a piece of wood with a six inch nail in it! Yes It went through my foot, Hurt!! WOW I can feel it now!

Hey, those were the days eh! What is the world coming to, all this Health and Safety stuff really does spoil a kids good times. I remember playing on a factory roof near to one of my mates, no idea of the danger and luckily nothing happened, other than the police officer waiting for us when we got down.

When I was 11 we where playing jump of the Hill as far as you can and I did and I got the furthest but I managed to jump on a rusty Nail that was sticking out of some Wood so guess who got in trouble and got a clip round the Ear for being so stupid lol So yes I agree with the saying lol

ya i know
