Job Advice HELP

I have a interview with a family to babysit, they wont me to come to dinner and get to know the kids and them, I am very scared and I alway act akward because I dont know what to do or say what should I talk about how should I act?

Just be yourself. Talk about things you are doing other families you have babysat for, schooling that you are taking. Also talk to the kids ask them what they want for xmas, ask them about school etc... They can help keep the conversation going

the best thing to do is be yourself ,talk to the children at the dinner and get to know them,if the parents see that you have a good way with the children,then you are half way there.let the employer dictate the conversation and answer questions honestly if you dont know the answer to a question tell them because making an answer up in your head can make you look foolish.good luck i hope you get the job....jimmy
