It is recommended that we eat at least a couple of servings of green veges per day. This could be in the form of bean sprouts, green pepper, or lettuce on your lunchtime sandwich or in your salad, and broccoli or peas for dinner. Don't let your green veges go dry, limp, or soggy in the fridge. Precious nutrients are lost the longer you keep your greens. Eat them on the same day you buy them or keep them in the crisper in the fridge.
