How do you deal with pimples and face defects aside from using make-up?

I try to stop them before they happen and use a facial scrub every other day. I use on the spot creams as well.

I've tried using a facial scrub and it made my face hurt as if I'd been punched. Could you recommend a very mild one to me?

Well pimples etc are the reflection of your internal constitution, If you observe that pimples come up sometimes when problems are withthe digestive system or you are eating too much spices, so for complete solution look deeper for the cause.
