how to take a real best picture?

Taking the best picture would depend on the Picture composition. Also a manual control on the camera settings in essential to get the desired look and feel on the picture. Adjusting the shutter speed and the aperture could work wonders. Also for outdoor photography the use of polarizer filter could enhanve your photographic works.

Regarless of what type of camera you are using film or digital you need to frame a pic. What is in your forground and background. this helps to give depth to your pics. Also lighting is important.

try using quality equipment, it doesn't have to expensive, but we are after quality here..you can also try using different films, you know films still have a major part in proffesional photgraphy, i mean use quality films depending on your lighting condition. I guess thats all for now, maybe you can tell me what brand of camera you are using. Thanks!
