How if You have a moody humor officemate?

well, i have an officemate with a moody humor.This guy is very sensitive, easily to get mad or getting angry immediately and at the same time he is often act as like as a boss. I say like a "Boss" is just because he is always asking a favor like (Do this.. Do that..even he can make it with his self) and notice that we have the same position, same responsibility and most of all same level on the company..To the members.. what do you think is the right approach on this kind of manners? I'm so incomfortable with this guys!..
