I belive in super natural power ( God) that controls each and everything in universe. I belive that God is inside everybody , where I am in trouble or my mind is distracted I go to my innerself and Do the "NAMSMARAN" and immediately after that I become calm pacefule all the stree is gone away I get the solutions and way ahead. Do you know any other method or way to burst the stree ? "NAMSMARAN" : These are the mantras which one has chant and practise. One can do it anywhere anytime.
