OK for Xmas I want a tummy tuck and a personal trainer!!

I started working out again after hurting my back. It feels good to be up and about again! I keep seeing people ask "what do you want for xmas", So I have decided I want a tummy tuck and trainer to push me through my workouts!! Has anyone every had a tummy tuck here?

No, I haven't but I would love one. I had my first child and just haven't gone back down like I thought I was. I used to be real skinny before but hopefully with working out it will go down. I for sure want a personal trainer to get my body back in shape. I didn't gain to much but i've gone up a couple of sizes and im very upset. But I want a tummy tuck or lipo suction.
