Who wants to start our own biggest looser comp we can weigh in here every week and help eachother out.. I am in at least till I get pregnant and then after that I will give moral support and I will haver to still eat right.

I have gained alot of weight and now I have run into trouble. I had a heart attck Feb. 9th. & know I need to shed some of these lbs.I can't seem to get motivated , maybe a club like the biggest loser would be a good starting place. Oh Yes, I also have diabeties.

This sounds like a good idea...bu I'm too embarrased of my weight! I'm watching the biggest loser right now for the first time ever. I might join in but I might just watch to begin with.
