Migration is a catch 22 subject. Australia has migrants from more than 180 countries but the intake has to be limited as the present infrastructure cannot cope with a huge influx of people without causing our standard of living to plummet and after all it is our standard of living that attracts migrants. So join the queue to migrate and while you wait, learn to speak and write English fluently as our laws regarding migration now require it as without that skill you will only be taken advantage of by employers both Australian and Foreign born.

What a wonderful idea to set such standards for migration in american it is pretty much anybody is welcome. Sure you have to take tests to become a citizen but many people get around this by getting married.
