Do u face harassment in the office u work

Hi myLot frnds. I'm a software employee. And I watch regularly in my office some specific people harassing other employees. Do u have such kind of experiences. Tell me how to avoid .....

thats not healthy.. do your management knew everything about the hassasing things? if not the management, any personel officer who can repot it to the owner. i think you better make it a way. or else your office will be worst and one day it will be of war and turbulence. and it will give you a lot of stress, mentally. thats why you have to find a way to solve it, act now. if not, dont get long for that job, there are too many companies who will accept you and a very good environment and work place, plus many good officemates and employers better than those whom you work with now.
