You mean vegiatrian? If so, yes vegitarian's are very healthy. Many may disagree because of lack of protein but there are plenty of foods out there that contain more protein than a huge steak! I eat meat. But, that was because I was raised on it. I am trying to slowly cut it out of my families diet. IT just isn't good for you. We were not meant to eat meat 2-3 times a day. It does nothing for your health. You get enough protein by eating 1-2 peices of meat per week. Without Vegtables, you are stuck with a slow metabolism, a horrible immune system, and lack of oxygen. Not to mention, no energy.Fruits and vegtables are the best thing that you can do for yourself. If you have a nice diet that includes 2-4 fruits per day 2-3 Veggies per day 10-11 Glasses of water per day 1 Grain per day 2 servings of meat per week. You have the perfect diet. You can lose weight this way. You can get more energy this way. You can build up your immune system this way. You will sleep better. You will not have aches in your bones. Your hair will be shiner. You will have a better memory. You will breath better. And probably so much more that science hasnt figured out yet. So, yes cut down on the meat, and add your fruits and vegtables. You will see what I mean. It will be an entirly different you. Good Luck

I love vegetarian food and I feel (and told by my physician) it is healthier than non-veg.

We need meat..... There are certain amino acids and vitamins that are just in meat. The vegetable alternatives are often not accessable.

Non veg isn't unhealthy as many people would proclaim..but everything should be consumed in moderation...But looking at the way junk food is catching up..It would probably be a healthy idea to go veg too

Eating just vegetable will harm you, and eating everything but vegetables will also hinder your growth. There needs to be a balance between veggies and food in general.

You can have good health as veg or non-veg. You can also have very bad health as veg or non-veg. It all depends on how you balance your proteins, carbs and fats; and whether you are getting the right nutrients from what you eat. The choice is yours. I don't know how true it is, but I hear that cancer cells cannot live in an alkaline body, so veg is better for getting your body to an alkaline state.
