Why people drive so rash on the roads.

Hi I live in a metro politan city and I do face lot of traffic problems daily. I get annoyed when I see some one driving rashly , becoz of such people at times normal people in the traffic will get affected and meet with accidents. some thing should be done to such people...What do u say
