how do we solve qusetions?????

so the biggest part now, i have got a question .....i have formed how to ask ..next step...asked various people, done various postings got many answers ....
but how to know which one is appropriate??

Well be clear for what the question is
then go for a requirement analysis that what is the requitrement of that quest
then go for study on those requirements
Consult for finding an answer
and then finally implent it a give solution and review it whether working or not
