What will you do if your neighbour complain that your kids are too noisy?

I live in a condominium and my neigbour living directly below my floor complained that my kids, aged 5 and 8, are stamping too much on the floor. He has called upon us 3 times this year and it is rather stressful for me because it is difficult to stop the kids from playing and running around the house. What should I tell him? He has a wife and a kid, aged 7.
