Dress appropriately. Call ahead and ask them what kind of dress code they have their and take it a notch higher. If it's a technical job...then brush up on some technical questions they might ask. Most likely it will be based on your resume. Aside from the typical stuff...like asking about your work experience they'll ask you some personal questions to get a feel for the type of person you are. Answer them truthfully and naturally...don't try to fake something you aren't. Know why you are there and how they fit into your career path. The resume got you in the door and your interview is how they determine if they would like working with you. So just be yourself. If they don't like you when you are yourself...then you probably wouldn't have liked them either.
P.S. Don't stretch the truth in your resume. They will ask you about stuff specifically and can detect BS.
