David Beckham, at present he is rather free to take a challenging job

With all due respct and appreciation for his massive on-the-pitch talent, David Beckham possesses not even an ounce of managerial qualities whatsoever. I do not think he is a capable contender for the big job at Old Trafford. Perhaps Ryan Giggs would even do better.

Please jayarajgr, don't make me cry here. I'm one of a millions Beckham's fans out there. Yet I don't think he is ready to take managerial spots at any teams. Let alone MAN UTD.
Maybe 10 years from now. But not (God forbid) in anytime soon.

Roy has just had one season in the managers hot seat, yes, he has turned Sunderland around, but we'll see how he fairs in the Prem. My money is on him.

well i really think that there is no need for sir alex fergusen to retire for another five years, the team that he has developed at the moment can win for the next four or five years, but i think that roy keane would be the perfect replace, ent for him

Don't know. No one at moment can fill his position. I guess it will be a tough selection once he retires.

I agree with you, getting into Sir Alex's shoes at Old Trafford. The next manager after Sir Alex will have a lot of challenges taking up that sort of job. Not even Jose Mourinho can drill that team!
