SINGLE BOSSES OVER 35 YEARS OLD

a friend of mine works in this company who has a boss that is still single and is over 35 years old. everytime the boss gets angry at little mistakes that the employees do (not only to my friend). every time she gets angry, she always say nasty things to her employees.. and when she gets very angry..she would yell on the top of her lungs so that everyone could hear. another friend of mine resigned because having another boss like that. he gives her work that should be done as soon as possible and not wanting to realize that the other job that he gave 1 hour ago isn't finished. another example: he told her to make 60 reports to be handed away, when she was finished, he said, " why are you doing this? did i tell you to do it? why are you doing it without asking permission from me?" hahaha...i just can't belive it when she said it doesn't happen only once. when she resigned, then the company wanted her back, but in another position. the boss looked at her as if she was the enemy, also fired every person that gets close to my friend. now she worked in another company, and heard that there are other employees that went through what she went through.. do all single bosses who are over 35 years old do these kind of things? not trying to offend anybody.. thanks!
