You could try rentacoder.com. It's not quite the same as constant or AC because instead of submitting finished articles, you bid to try and win freelance jobs for different clients. However, in my experience, the quality of the work expected and the payrate at rentacoder is similar to the sites you mentioned, and you can use rentacoder from any country.

I looked at this site but it only seemed to be 'writing' in the sense of writing software, unless I was missing something. Maybe it has some info inside about writing technical documentation for software, but I don't know if I have enough tech knowledge for that even.

you know, if you're familiar with editing pictures using adobe photoshop (or have the mind to study up on it a bit), there's money in that direction too. i'll ask a friend of mine for the sites she goes to for online writing and photo editing. :)
