My PC has been attacked by a new variant local viruses, brontok C-series,...I have used Norton but it doesnt changed everything, do you have any solutions?

Sorry my friend i search the internet but could not find any thing related to virus of this kind. Could you elaborate what kind of probelems you are getting with this virus.
