I have been worked in a small company as a sales assistant,for just a few months after i was graduated from school.I worked happy there ,but i don't like work from 9am to 5pm day after day just for a small salary,so i quit.Maybe its not the right time for doing this,but i think it spare sometime to think about:how about run a bussiness for myself?And plan then do it.

I don't think it will be easy, but if you can manage and think you'll be able to do it and enjoy it, I say you should try. I don't think I could be someone's employer. I lack leadership qualities, and always felt that I'm a better follower than a leader. The only person I'd want to employ would be myself. So, I'd have to pick employee.
