How to induce discipline in our lives???

Well, I have often thought of it...I have often read about it...I have often heard about it...I have often tried to practise it... I have often repented for this... I have almost done everything for it but so far have not been able to induce discipline in my life strictly. For a few days I try to stick with my schedule, do things in a proper manner but after a while that flare for discipline and subsequent excellence vanishes... Though I very much wish to get up at 5 in the morning, do exercise daily, do pray daily but have not been able to...I have never been able to reach office at exactly 10 'o clock. Please tell me, how do you all induce discipline in your lives???
