Any one like rice?

I love Rice! We have it everyday for dinner like most asians do lol. For us, a meal is not complete without rice

Yes I like rice and we eat it a couple of times a week, depending on the meal and what I feel like cooking, but generally it is in lieu of potatoes. I also cook a stir fry meal at least once a week and we always have rice with that. I prefer plain boiled rice although sometimes I will make fried rice. I also use rice to make a rice pudding for dessert, but that it only about once a month.

Cannot do without it...At least must have three rice meals a day. Did you know that rice being a carbohydrate can cause obesity? I have been told that rice in the body gets converted into sugar/ energy which if not fully utilise would be stored as fats. Eat too much with no output? Go figure what it can do to your shapely body...
