paparazzi should be encouraged or should put a stop to it

They should be stopped...However, the majority of people like to read and see pictures of their favourite celebrities in ACTION. With this kind of demand, why should they stop, or for that matter how can they stop. They are only feeding the hunger in YOU. In order to put a stop to their activities, the masses should stop buying the tabloid newspapers and magazines. That would send a message to the publishing houses that these reports are not going to generate money for them. Eventually, they would stop paying high prices for paparazzi stuff. Finally stop all their unwanted attention.
