what exercise you do to keep fit?

what exercises you d to keep fit?, i do crunches, benchpress, dumbells, push ups, sit ups., can you think of naymore tha tare beneficial, specially for abs.

I hate Vigorous exercise such as insanity ... I prefer the cardiovascular methods, eat well, and do not skip meals snacking is good for keeping your metabolism and not make him lazy and walks with variation of rhythms ... the best!

Exercise and Depression - Beyond Blue
I don't go to the gym because I have never been that type of person plus we also live 100km from the nearest one now, and that is too far for me to go. Instead I walk most days, although the time and distance can vary depending on how I am feeling and what the time of day it is. In the summer unless I get up early, it will be a short walk as it gets hot by around 8 o'clock and there is no way that I will walk in the heat. Exercise if good for both the body and the mind, because it alters the brain activity (feel good endorphins) and will reduce symptoms of depression. I think that the minimum recommended is 30 minutes most days of the week, and it doesn't need to be done all at once.

Since I don't have time to go to a gym and don't have room in our house for exercise equipment yet, I try to do pushups and crunches at least 3-4 nights each week.

Swimming is the easiest sport to get a full bod work out. It rarely gets you sore afterwards and you burn so many calories doing it! I used to swwim a lot. I was never a gym-goer-I hate wroking up a seat like that and afterwards my muscles felt like they were burning.

oh yes it is very important 2 keep ur self fit as well as....its important to walk atleast for 1 hour every day!
