Why we say "hate" more than "love" ?

it is because it is easier to say than love because love means more than hate....what is your opinion??

I think hate is a very strong word.There are very few things that I say I hate.Yes, it is easy to say hate.Some people may find it hard to say love because maybe they are affraid of it.
