How can I help with the prevention of cancer??

My granma died of cancer, my aunt died, my uncle, now I have just learned that my 2nd cousin has breast cancer!! I know I am at a higher risk, are there ways to help with the pervention of cancer, I am only 25 and scared to death!!

You can try to live a healthy lifestyle. But, I don't think there's any real way to prevent it since there are so many forms and so few explanations of the causes.
