Potty training problems!!??

My son who will be 3 in March has been doing really good at going to the bathroom, but only if he is naked!! If he has underware on he goes in them!! What can I do to help him!!???

My son is 3 and he is dragging out the potty process for a year now. He can do it when he wants to. I rewarded him for a long time with stickers. Those have gotten boring to him. Though it works with other children I babysit. Now I buy Fruitloops cereal and throw 3 or 4 in the toilet and he uses them for target practice. He especially likes picking what colors he wants.
