How to make a "screenshot" of someone elses blogpost, on my blog?

Hi there all of you mylotters... I've seen other bloggers do this. They find an article they really like, and instead of just copy/paste the text on to their own blog, they do this little fancy trick. Somehow they take somekind of a screenshot of the web-page, and all of the content (including adsense and so on), appear on their own blog, ecxactly as shown on the original. Anyone follow me on this. And does anyone know how it is done?
