Mine cats actually come up to my lips and kiss me, especially if I have given them a treat for the day they always reward me with a kiss afterwards ... gotta love cat breath

Definitely, my cats do the same thing. They also do the same to each other, and I guess nuzzling would be another form of kissing. It's just a sign of affection, so I would count it as that.

Our cats will come right up an nudge and nudge until the get "Petted"
They will find the smallest place on the Settee so that they can be near us!!
But the dont kiss us!
But..........
Our Tom cat will go up to the She cat and give her a wash!!!!

I think they are able to give kisses. My mom once had a cat that would fetch things for her like a dog. She trained her and i never thought cats could do that. Mine is very lovable when she wants to be.If not then she just sleeps on the chair or window sil.
