i want an account in website, as i am from india, they are not giving any account for me! anyone from other country can open a account there, its a free account.only by login in , i can get a password for a game!!

You can not do this.Every site has tracking record.They record your ip address and isp provider.So you can not cheat like thisthey will suspend your account.
