Do you think VBAC is a good option to go after ceserian birth?

Haven't had to go through it personally, buy my daughter-in-law has. I think it all depends on the health of the mother/baby. If I would have had a c-section with any of my pregnancies, I would probably have opted for the VBAC, only because I wouldn't have wanted to take the chance on rupturing my uterus.

From my experience, VBAC is absolutely much better than a C-section. My 1st child was a planned natural birth at home. But due to pre-eclampsia and being 2 weeks overdue, I ended up with a C-section. My next 2 births went as planned - at home (with 2 experienced midwives) and natural. It couldn't have been much better than that!! Great experiences, but you have to be informed and do your research and know your options! If you'd like to try to give birth a certain way, search around for a doctor or midwife that agrees with you - there are SO many differing opinions!
