the most important thing is that you treat him as invisible. you have to let him know that whatever he do, it wont affect you at all. dont answer when he call (switch it to silent). keep a distance with this guy and soon he will get the message...oh yeah! changing your mobile no will be a great help! i've done all this and my ex stop after 1 year.
