When is the next Sims 2 Expansion Coming?

Which one is this due to come out in Feb? I don't see what the expansion is of? Thanks!

Why would you say that? I watch one show a day, a soap. When my son does to bed I play games instead of watching tv to unwind. I work at a desk all day answering phones because of my job, and inbetween surf the net for kicks, I'm at the desk 13 hours a day. Seems like you are judgemental

Not judgmental, just making conclusions on what I see but hey if you enjoy it, by all means I enjoy that as well. Why do you think I am still infront of a pc. at this time of day?

What difference does it make? Some people just like to watch TV and don't like to do other stuff. Is there something wrong with that? If they are happy and it isn't hurting anyone what is the big deal?

I have never even played 2 of the careers that came with University because I never send my sims there. I usually ship them off to get them out of the house to make room for more kids. Sometimes I have them finish school but a lot of the time they drop out. Part of the problem was before I had that bug where they would skip right to their next final as soon as they got home (if you didn't realize it and send them right back to their final they ended up on academic probation. if you sent them they graduated really fast sometimes without ever taking their classes). Plus I had to bug that wouldn't let sims leave the lot after they graduated and called the taxi because a few of my sims were bugged or something. I quit playing after that. My other problem is there are no lifetime wants to go to college (other then have 3 kids go to college) and they never get a college career as a lifetime want. I like to fulfill their lifetime wants so they never go.

I know college is a pain but if they get through college there is three more careers that they can get that others can't...superstar,paranormal,and something else, I just can't remember.lol

You play exactly like I do, thats pretty funny. How many times can you really send a Sim through college? lol And nightlife, its so much work to get them to stay happy downtown, that I keep them home too. Thanks for the website, I never actually thought of checking that! Don't know what the heck I was thinking lol

I have lucked out and haven't really had any major bugs with the games. The worst was the "jump bug" that came with the original Sims 2. It was where social interactions (chatting, talking on the phone) would cause those sims involved to "jump" away from whatever they were doing. It was so annoying and made many of my families unplayable. But instead of whining and complaining like other people on the Sims 2 message boards I just waited for their patch to be released (and I really suggest if you have been playing the games without patches to check them out at www.sims2.ea.com) and kept making new families to play. When they got bugged I moved on to a new one, lol. Eventually they got a fix for it and all was well. I haven't had any issues with any of the expansion packs except a few small problems (okay, pretty big problems) with University but since I didn't play it much they didn't effect me. I am just so excited now about the new EP. I'm like a little kid at Christmas, except my Christmas won't be here until March, lol.

Oh God, yeah I don't even want to think about the bugs that will come with this one, good point. I guess we'll all live with it though, since it's a must have to have the new toys and everything that comes with the expansion, so bring on the new bugs too.. lol
