I tried to make chocolate covered pretzals for the holidays. They came out really yummy, but my husband thinks they need a little more sweetness on the top. Should I add sprinkles next time? Or I thought maybe melting milk chocolate? What do you do? I am looking for something easy I can make at Christmas time that everyone will "know" I make..

I honestly haven't tried it. I don't know that you have to do anything special beyond buying the bulk chocolate you find in the grocery store and melt it just so dip it in that and put it on wax paper and let it harden is the only way I can think of making them.

I use milk chocolate choc. chips to dip my pretzels and strawberries in. Just melt in the microwave and dip. They turn out sweet enough. I also have used the white chocolate chips to decorate the milk chocoalte covered snack. After the milk chocolate has been cooled on the pretzel, I melt the white chocolate and then put it inside a small platic baggie, snip a teeny tiny hole in the bottom corner, and just make swirls on top of the milk chocolate. It really adds a nice touch, looks fancy and tastes great!!
The sprinkles are are nice addition, but for me personally, it is to sweet.
