I am the worlds greatest something. I haven't figured out what yet but someting. Do you believe we are all great at something and the key to being happy in life is finding out what that is and pursuing it.

yes I really agree I work in an office and I feel like life is just passing me by, but how else do you make money ? I often stop to think "WHAT DOES IT ALL MEAN?" I know there is something more and I could be much happier doing it. I would love to own my own theater(play house)but don't have the money. I hope one day to be able to follow my dreams before it is too late.

I own a sandblasting company but I am not a sandblaster. That is just the vehicle I use to do my real job which is mentor other people. So far mentoring hasn't paid my bills so i still sandblast I'm just not a sandblaster.

You should try to try and find a place to volunteer your talents and time. Let the relationships you develop through volunteering build your theater not money. I volunteer more time in a year than I work. It was through a relationship I built through volunteering that led me to my business not money.

Some say that this is true...such as stars or millionaires who are doing the thing they truly love, such as their hobbies, and are good at and making a lot of cash...I think that true happiness comes with accepting you for you, love yourself first, and doing something that makes you happy whether your good at it or not. I consider myself a "jane of all trades, master of none", and I'm pretty happy with that....but if my true niche ever shows it face and I can it provides me the wealth that I wish for....well then that would be the mother of all hapiness for me....maybe I could win the lottery and that would bring me "double" happiness, but money is grief also...so who knows.

I was once broke and working 3 jobs and miserable. I started my own company now and make a good living but was not completely happy. I found out I am happiest when I can help people. Now I try to spend my time doing that. I have turned down business that has cost me as much as $5000 per day to spend the time coaching little league sports. I didn't miss the money. That convinced me money will not make you happy.

I don't think so. There's always going to be somebody out there who's better than you at something. I love to write, but there are so many people who write better than I do. Whether it's your job, a hobby, or something stupid like balancing a spoon on your nose, there's always someone who can do it better. Sorry if that sounds pessimistic, but I think of it more as being realistic.
